West Chester, PA Moving Labor — Rowhomes, Student Rentals and Townhomes
West Chester is a brick borough with a college in it. Rowhomes and townhouses on the one-way streets around Gay Street and Market Street, student rentals ringing West Chester University, older singles near the Chester County Courthouse, and newer townhomes and apartments out along Route 202, Route 3 and Route 100 in the townships. Borough parking is tight and move-in weekends in August are a scramble. In the borough the truck sits where the permit says and everything walks to it; in the townships it backs up to a garage. TitanForce Movers comes down for the lifting. Setting a date in the borough or out in the townships? Call 484-291-7444.
Labor-only service: TitanForce Movers does not provide or arrange transportation. Customers independently rent and control their vehicle or contract and pay an authorized carrier directly.
What a move here looks like
The borough is brick rowhomes, twins and converted student rentals with steep stairs and permit street parking, while the surrounding townships add townhome communities and single-family homes with driveways.

Questions before you call
Labor only, answered plainly.
- Can you help my student move out of a West Chester rental at the end of the semester?
- Yes. Student moves are small but stair-heavy. We carry everything down, load the car, trailer or rental truck, and get it done in one pass. Book early for May and August, when everyone moves at once.
- My street in the borough is permit-only parking. Where does the truck go?
- You handle the borough's temporary no-parking request and any permit; we work to the window you get. Give us the block and the hours when you call. If the truck ends up around the corner, the carry is longer, so we order the load so the heavy pieces go first while legs are fresh.
- Can you move a student from a borough rental into a township apartment the same afternoon?
- Yes. A one-bedroom's worth of furniture and boxes is a short load. We carry it down the rental's stairs, pack the truck or trailer tight, you drive out Route 202 or Route 3, and we carry it into the new apartment and get the bed together. Afternoon slots go first in May and August, so call ahead.
