We may receive inquiry data you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, move date, route, inventory, access details, requested service, and notes. We may also keep operational data needed to review a request; recovery data supplied for an approved recovery workflow; security data such as rate-limit, fraud-prevention, and access logs; and authentication data for the owner-only operator application.

Information is used to review and manage requests, prepare or discuss a written scope when appropriate, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, preserve required business records, and improve internal operations. A submitted request is reviewed by a person. When email delivery is turned on, the site emails your request to TitanForce for that review and, if you gave an email address, may send you one automatic confirmation with your reference, what you submitted and optional next steps. Neither email books a move, charges a payment, or makes a commitment. We do not use your details for marketing messages unless you separately agree.

Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, authenticate, send email for, or operate the site, only as needed for those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect people, property, or the service. A third party or authorized carrier is not engaged by this notice; any separately confirmed role must be identified in writing.

Records are retained only while needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute handling, or a documented retention review. The current operational review schedule is:

• Temporary security and rate-limit records: reviewed at 2 days.
• Operator notifications: reviewed at 30 days.
• Quote inquiries: reviewed at 365 days.
• Recovery records: reviewed at 730 days.

Review is human-controlled. These boundaries do not automatically delete records; temporary security and rate-limit records are only reviewed for deletion eligibility at two days. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

To request access, correction, or deletion review for information submitted through this site, email TitanForce and identify the contact information used for the request. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.
