The borough is brick rowhomes and twins on a grid of narrow streets around the State Theatre, and the townships around it, Colebrookdale, Douglass and over the line into Montgomery County, are newer single-family developments with basements and two-car garages. In the borough that means a rental truck squeezed onto a narrow street while we carry a rowhome out the front door and down the steps. In the townships it means a 26-foot truck or a container in a two-car driveway and a finished basement to fill. Either way, the driving is yours or your carrier's, and the carrying is ours.
